Darrin Ginsberg is the founder and CEO of Super G Funding which is a national provider of entrepreneur friendly small business financing solutions with loans ranging in size from $100,000 – $5,000,000. Super G Funding specializes in residual and commission based loans in addition to traditional cash flow loans.
Darrin is a financial services pioneer and the founder of numerous successful payments companies and alternative lending businesses. He started his career building merchant acquiring sales organizations; Darrin developed, ran and sold three large ISO’s for over $55 million in proceeds. His Second Act was purchasing merchant portfolios and with 30 completed deals Darrin is regarded as an industry expert.
Mr. Ginsberg is an active Investor and has invested in several payment processing and technology companies including Moolah, TicketSocket, PaySocket, Mindbody Software, Zenplanner, and MobileCause. He serves on several boards and is heavily involved in coaching his portfolio companies.
In 2008 Darrin began his lending career with the founding of Super G. Since that time Darrin has grown the firm from his personal lending vehicle to the market leader in residual loans to a variety of industries including merchant services, ATM, insurance brokers and Software as a Service (SaaS) providers. A former Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, Darrin’s companies have provided payment processing to over 100,000 small businesses and almost $100 Million in loan volume. Darrin lives in Newport Beach and leads Super G in overall wins in their daily ping pong tournament.
When Don DiCostanzo first meets people, he often asks, “Are you looking for fun, or are you looking for trouble?” If the answer is “trouble,” he replies, “We’re all out of that, but we have plenty of fun!” This one exchange sums up a lot about Don’s fun-loving personality. While he’s an experienced and savvy businessman, he is also a happy family man whose lifelong friendship with partner Terry Sherry led to the creation of Pedego — where the motto is, “Hello, Fun!”
After 30 years in the automotive world, Don started an electric bicycle shop in Newport Beach, California. This was a labor of love. Over time, he developed an interest in electric cycling and tried to find quality electric bikes for his bicycle shop. His frustration with existing suppliers led him to contact his friend and future Pedego partner Terry Sherry and make plans for Pedego. In 2008, the two men co-founded Pedego Electric Bikes, where quality, innovation and customer service are among the top core values of the company.
“Pedego fuses the best in bicycle components with evolving electric technologies to create best in class electric bikes,” he explains. “As we look at how trends are evolving, styles and colors are playing an increasingly important role in the electric bike category. Today, Don rides regularly with other Pedego riders, friends, family and co-workers. He enjoys visiting Pedego branded stores around the world and taking part in group rides with the local Pedego owners. As a regular rider, Don can personally attest to the quality and style of all Pedego electric bikes. As the CEO of Pedego, he makes quality, innovation and customer service happen every day. And he makes good on his company’s goals to delight Pedego customers and assist Pedego dealers to be successful.
Stanley Kim is an entrepreneur with a passion for innovation. His colleagues warmly refer him as an eclectic or parallel entrepreneur having founded several technology (healthcare and software) companies that develop products which enhance or better people’s lives. Stanley has been fortunate enough to work with leading technologists and research institutes in the world which act as the foundation for his companies.
Over the past decade Bryan has established himself as a thought leader and strategic trailblazer in the payments and technology space. He has been able to do this due to his tactical approach and tight personal relationships with a majority of the acquiring banks domestically as well as in Canada, UK, EU, and Southeast Asia. Bryan has had experience in the wholesale space as well as SMB space, as well as worked in both the traditional and high-risk payments space therefore understanding the industry across the board. Bryan’s innate skill set to connect the proverbial dots may be his biggest asset and accompanied with his network of partners, creates a lethal business combination.
As an Executive, Board Member, or consultant to numerous corporations, Bryan Derbyshire has played an influential role in corporate strategy, day-to-day operations, and leadership. Additionally Bryan has structured and brought to fruition multiple joint ventures between payment processors and corporations in both the technology and business verticals. Through strategic initiatives, partnerships, and direction; Bryan has helped drive revenues, growth, and exponential raised valuations for several corporations and numerous partners.
In addition to these experiences, Bryan serves as the lead consultant and/or interim Chief Executive or Chief Revenue officer for several corporations.
Through his close relationship with top agencies, Mark Miller has managed and designed web based software applications and innovative development projects for a diverse group of industries in the US, Germany, Russia, China, Canada and Mexico. A snap shot of Mark’s success includes cutting edge transactional payment systems, payment Gateway APIs, automated marketing platforms, merchant processing gateway software, award winning content management systems and most notably search engine optimization tools used by a select list of large organizations. A Detroit Michigan native, Mark understands the necessity to measure twice and cut once. His passion is to arm dynamic young companies with the technology and systems to succeed against all odds.
Serving on the Board and as a consultant to numerous corporations, Mark Miller has played an influential role in developing the backend technology systems involved in running day-to-day business operations as well as the technology needed for scalability and expansion. In addition Mark has pioneered one-of-a-kind digital processes new to the industries in which they operate, allowing the complete automation of certain sales and on-boarding processes. Through viral and social mediums, Mark has helped drive clients into strong strategic partnerships and relationships, building platforms for exponential growth.
In addition to these relationships Mark, serves as the lead technology consultant and interim CTO for several corporations.

Francisco Bledsoe is widely recognized as a leading sales professional in the Technology and Professional Services sectors worldwide. Bledsoe brings more than 20 years of management experience to TicketSocket and is passionate in every sense of the word. In particular, he has extensive and successful “on the ground” experience throughout North America and all of Asia Pacific. Francisco has worked with world-leading companies across a wide variety of industries including technology, banking & finance, entertainment, tourism, retail, professional services, non-profit, manufacturing, and telecommunications. From the Honolulu Hawaii Office, Francisco is responsible for leading the Ticketsocket Sales Group Worldwide.
VP Finance & Director of IR – Kai has served as CFO, VP of Finance and Director of IR for a number of startups since 2012. Prior to this, for 10 years, Kai worked JPMorgan Chase, Investment Bank and BNP Paribas both in New York City. As of 2015 he is a cancer survivor and now in full remission. Kai can stroke it with the best of them having played 4 years of NCAA Div I Tennis.
With over a decade of experience in web development, graphic design, event production, marketing and hosting, Ryan’s extensive knowledge of the industry and vigorous network of relationships have proven beneficial to the growth of the Ticketsocket team. He is a silly, kind and hospitable person who loves to laugh and addicted to handstands. He is a limited edition, waterproof and Gluten free since 1982. He believes trust is the single most important factor in both personal and professional relationships and has his own language called Blackstockanese.
The need for innovation and efficiency are core values that Gary pursues on every project. As TicketSocket’s Director of Accounts his role requires in depth consulting for the planning and execution of the platform. When he’s not working you can usually find him at the club.
Ashley provides social media and public relations strategy for TicketSocket. Ashley’s 10 years of experience has given her the ability to adapt to the changing institution of the digital marketing world. Ashley isn’t afraid of the ever-changing frontier associated with online marketing. She uses it to her advantage—creating a fresh, new way of communicating while still adhering to the fundamentals that will create successful strategies and campaigns.
Experienced with typography, design and layout of all forms of marketing collateral for print, and web; Maria brings a wealth of knowledge to TicketSocket team with over ten years experience within creative roles.
When she’s not striving for pixel perfection, you can find her spending lots of time with her dog, or watching documentaries on Netflix. Also, bad fonts give her goosebumps; and she thinks there’s nothing funny about Comic Sans!

Joining TicketSocket from Apple Computers, Joseph understands the level of customer support needed to maintain a level of delighting customers. With a brilliant knowledge of the TicketSocket platform Joseph works closely with the on-boarding team to manage new customer deployments as well as closely with the customer retention team.
Ronald has an unrivaled passion for web development. He continually seeks to refine his skills and his experience with startups make him an avid team player and dedicated developer. Ronnie loves playing the drums, traveling, biking and SoCal.
Having had a major involvement of all of TicketSocket’s platform versions, Peter has been responsible for much of TicketSocket’s early and ongoing success. Peter brings both a engineering knowledge and a ticketing knowledge set to the ongoing advancement of the framework.
Joseph has the ability to conceive and create any idea, with respect to web and development. He is able to quickly adapt in a fluctuating work environment and respond to the task at hand with a level – headed approach. His ability to learn new technology and stay cutting edge is second to none.
Armando has a strong passion for developing web and mobile applications development and can’t wait to get his hands on anything new. As Head of Quality Assurance Jeff puts his stamp of approval on each plug and feature release in TicketSocket. As TicketSocket continues to expand the platform and it’s capabilities, Jeff is an integral part of the evolution of the framework. Jeff naturally enjoys video games and comics as his favorite pastimes.
As a UX designer, Bryan loves crafting intuitive and engaging experiences that are simply a pleasure to use. Characterized by endless curiosity, he loves investigating how things work, and how he can make them work better for TicketSocket customers. When he is not thinking about UX, he can usually be found tending to his needy cats, reading a novel, or exploring the depths of murky dungeons.
Sanjay Dalal is an enterprise server administrator with over 10 years of experience in managing Cloud/Linux System Administration & handling large remote infrastructure solutions.
Sanjay’s passions are in automation and infrastructure scalability.
Rudy joined TicketSocket after a long career in the animation and visual effects industry where he worked as a technical director for companies such as Disney Animation Studios and Blizzard Entertainment. He is an avid soccer fan and has a strange fascination for process analysis and development.
